Instead of writing something entirely original, I’m just going to cut and paste the opening two paragraphs from James Tudor’s about page:

Usually you can just dismiss a companies about page as marketing mumbo jumbo, but when you look at James Tutor’s underwear designs, you realize this is all truth. I’ve seen a lot of underwear design and so much of it is the same old ideas rehashed. I’ve also noticed that often one design will come up with an original design, and then it’s copied (with slight variation) by other designers (Joe Snyder’s Stretch Jock is just one example)
Add to the fresh style, you have some backing photography that is equally as delicious. The styling, the color and the movement is fresh and exciting. But enough from me, I’ve told you how much I love James Tudor, now it’s time to make up your own mind:
You may not (but you may) know John Gress, but you most likely know his work with clients like Ben & Jerry’s, Best Buy, Burger King, Chrysler, Cialis, Clairol, Dodge, ESPN and endless more. But as you know, it’s not his corporate photography we’re interested in here at Underwhere? Blog. A major body of his work is fashion, of which you find throughout his own personal photography blog.
John has spent his career with one foot in two different realms of photography: commercial and editorial. His unique resume has allowed him to develop a style that produces life filled, dramatic and striking images whether they are produced in the real world or on set and this is no different when men in underwear and swimwear are the subject matter.
Although I love his black and white work, his color work really rocks my world, with it’s gorgeous play on light and shadow highlighting the model (and his gear) with the contrasting backdrop of deep blue sky or a rusted gate, just as an example.
So, take a look at this extensive sampling of his work here, and be sure to visit his photography blog, where you’ll find not only more of his photography (which is mostly about male eye candy), but also his written insight about the models and the photo sessions.
Guys like Alex Castro makes me happy and not just for the obvious reason that he’s hot, but I just love it when someone defies the general prudishness of America and becomes famous.
Alex started off as a stripper, then got picked up by Cirque Du Soleil for their Zumanity show in Las Vegas. He quit there and did the gay porn site circuit, mostly solo jerk off and nude modeling. He then got picked up as a player on American Gladiator (who, when his porn background came up, they dealt with it admirably) and now he’s being cast in a number of upcoming movies.
Anyway, back to this photoset. Alex has done some video the photo work for JockButt, and these are just a few samples of his work over there. As you can see, Alex is looking as good as ever and that blue tanga number is perfect for his hot ass (which is probably why Jockbutt was so hot to get him on their site)
